Refund Claim Submission Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours from the time of the original payment or download.
Requests submitted after the 2-hour window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted via email and must include:
- Registered email ID used for purchase
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or proof (if applicable)
